not sure why this place only gets 3.5 orange stars, but the meal was amazing, our waiter, Jaime explained many things on the menu since it was our first time here. The birrira was fork tender and seasoned very well, it comes with a hot sauce in the side, which gets ya on the back end.. The fajitas were done very well, and more than enough for one person, i took a few pieces from my wife's plate.. The sides were all very good, disappointed that the tortillas were not house made, but they were still good. Tried the meatball soup, and it was very flavorful. My wife had the pomegranate margarita, perfect balance of syrup and tequila. Gonna have to come back for happy hour next time...

The food was amazing , the service was good our waiter good. The only small issue we had was with the girls in the front were too busy to attend us and my family and I felt criticized even though we are of a Hispanic descent. The ambiance was amazing great , over all we had a fun time just some of the staff needs to work on their professionalism.

Stopped by Pancho's for happy hour on a Saturday evening and the place was packed! Bar tables are first come, first served, but luckily we didn't wait long to get seated. We had about 20 minutes left of happy hour and made the most of it--enjoyed a refreshing cucumber margarita, some tasty quesadillas, and nachos. Great choices all around!

The ambiance is vibrant, colorful with a loud energized cantina bar room contrasted with a vibrant relaxed atmosphere of the main dining area. The wine glass had measurement lines etched into it (I've never seen a wine glass with that feature). The chips were okay. The salsa with a bit too spicy hot. I asked about a milder salsa and the waitress brought us a mild salsa, which was basically the tomato base used for the salsa recipe. Using about a 1:1 ratio of the two made for a better option for me. The happy hour menu items were okay. None of the items were to our liking, so we ordered from the main menu. The ensalada de salmon presentation was very nice. Great sear on the salmon. It was good. I'm not a fan of raw onions so I removed them. Olives in this salad recipe seemed odd, but I like olives and ate them. Very good customer service. They were very busy, but the staff kept things moving at a good pace. They were attentive and personable. The women's restroom was an exciting visual experience of tile work that I can appreciate. It's a nice restaurant for the area.

Great service and food, always! I've never had a bad meal there! And the service is always above and beyond! Absolutely superb!

I've been to this Pancho's location several times and enjoyed it every time! The ambiance is wonderful. The restaurant looks like a beautiful Spanish hacienda. The service is always fast and friendly. The food is great. They have a wide selection of dishes so there is something for everyone. I did tour the banquet space on the second floor for a family reunion. The space was lovely but not large enough for our reunion group. I would definitely consider a banquet there for a smaller number. Can't go wrong with Pancho's!

Still a great family restaurant. Hint - get the coupon from the Valpack that comes in the mail. It gives you a bogo.
